Hi all! Here is the info for our August Fairy-Tale Salon –

Prompt: Give Us Some Good Folklore-y Things

Quest: We’re not going to lie, we’ve been having a rough go of things lately. Between the near constant barrage of bad news, to a ridiculous number of deadlines, to our bodies choosing to be especially unruly at the worst of times, we are just… tired. However, a few weeks ago we made a blog post about how, despite all this, some things still do not suck. There are good things in the world. So, for your quest this month, we’re asking you to tell us something GOOD and folklore-y. Maybe it’s a favorite weird tradition you have with your sister, your good luck charm, a story you stumbled across in a book one time and then never found again, or maybe it’s that time you definitely-almost-probably saw a fairy in your backyard. If it has anything at all to do with folklore and makes you feel happy, we want to hear about it.
