“Once upon a time, there was a witch. She was beautiful and powerful. She was frightening and dangerous. She was everything people feared… and everything they wanted to be.”

We were honored to present an hour and a half long workshop on witches in the Grimms’ fairy tales at The Magical Druid in Columbus! The event began with a short lecture followed by a discussion of five different stories from the Grimms’ collection – you can find links to the stories below. We then concluded with an informal, optional exercise in writing spells and charms from the perspectives of the diverse witch-aspects discussed in class.
